Made of 100% natural wood veneer implanted in low density foam to create the newly patented Sing Honeycomb Core.

 

This low-cost high-performance material takes less energy to produce than conventional insulating materials, and adds structural strength as well. It is the best combination of natural materials and human ingenuity in the last century of structural material invention.

 

Our honeycomb panels and planks start with our Honeycomb core and can have any type of facial board: hardwood, softwood, plywood, fiberglass, metal, etc. The combination of the Patented Sing Honeycomb core material with your choice of outer sheeting produces low-cost high-strength, lightweight panels suited to your individual needs.

 

Honeycomb core

A)  Honeycomb core (top left)  which is a core made of either eps foam, urethane foam, phonalic form or any type of light weight foam implanted with vertical grain wood veneer for structure strength.

 

B)  Honeycomb core with skin (core plank – top right.) which is Sing honeycomb core with skin on both side of the core.  It is commonly made of MDF, hardboard, wood, or ceroplastics.

Core plank can be used by itself with a construction grade finish (plywood/OSB) or you can add a final finished material (hardwood or Vertical Grain wood) for use as a door, conference table, furniture, finished flooring or any other finely finished product you may design.

 

Sing Honeycomb Core planking can be used as final honeycomb product. Applications such as: substrate flooring, sub-roof structure, wall panel structure, as flooring for trucks and trailers, as insulated door core, or as the core to press/combine with other surfacing products to match your special needs
